Here's what you need

  • Make sure that your PC or Microsoft Surface is updated to the latest version of Windows 10.*
  • Have your Apple ID and password ready. If you don't have an Apple ID, you can create one.
  1. Make sure the WD My Cloud app is installed on your iPhone or iPad. In the WD My Cloud app, tap Public at the bottom of the left pane. In the top right corner of the Public pane, tap the three horizontal dots and then tap Add Photo. Tap Camera Roll. Select photos and tap the upload icon.

  1. Go to the Creative Cloud website. Your download begins immediately.

    If you're using Windows, you may be prompted to save the downloaded file. If you're using macOS, you may be prompted to allow the download to take place.

  2. Double-click the downloaded file to begin installation:

    macOS:Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg

    Windows:Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe

  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your installation.

The Creative Cloud desktop app always installs in the default location. You cannot specify a different folder or drive.

  4. If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account to begin installation. Then, follow the onscreen instructions.

    Once you have installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, it opens automatically. You can use it to install your Creative Cloud apps and much more.

  1. Find out which macOS do you have. If you already know this, go directly to the next step.

  2. You may be prompted to allow the download to take place.

  3. Double-click the downloaded file to extract its contents.

  4. If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account to begin installation. Then, follow the onscreen instructions.

    The Creative Cloud desktop app launches automatically upon successful installation.

    Once you have installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, it opens automatically. You can use it to install your Creative Cloud apps and much more.
