2018 Overview
The 2018 Board Governance Roundtable will explore issues of critical importance to PIAA member company directors. This year, a new interactive session will explore the fast-paced and often complex world of mergers and acquisitions activity for board members. The speakers will present an overview of the current drivers impacting M&A. In addition, they will discuss guidelines and other key information to set the stage for this very competitive exercise. It will conclude with each team moving through a case study that will include the target company selection process, valuation assessment, and final bid.
